Our 15-Day Promise
We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.
Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all seals intact, especially for skincare and hair products like Clarins or Maui Moisture.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Items purchased during a Season Sale or marked as “Final Sale”.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your “beauty haul” arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, covering delivery across all seven emirates.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Shipping Your Return
To start a return, please contact our support team. Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged.
